Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zaahs Spices, we take pride in delivering high-quality spices. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, please read the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation is made before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
3. Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
You are eligible for a full or partial refund. To claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Share order details and clear images/videos of the product issue.

Once verified, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

Product is opened, used, or tampered with.

Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, we’ll request your bank account details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
