1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to send the item back to our address.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer (you’ll be asked for your account details).
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products returned after 48 hours of delivery

Items without original packaging
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
